Building Financial Expertise Through Real Experience
We started StreamWise DriftUp because we noticed something missing in corporate finance training. Most programs teach theory, but they skip the messy, complicated reality of actual business decisions.
Our team has spent years working directly with Vietnamese companies — from family businesses scaling up to multinational subsidiaries navigating local regulations. We know what analysts actually need to succeed here.
Every case study we teach comes from real situations we've encountered. Every framework we share has been tested in actual boardrooms and budget meetings.
        The People Behind the Programs
We're practitioners first, educators second. Our founders bring decades of hands-on experience from Vietnam's evolving business landscape.
            Đặng Tuấn Minh
Minh spent 12 years building financial operations for three major Vietnamese conglomerates. He specializes in helping analysts understand the cultural nuances that make or break financial recommendations in Vietnamese boardrooms. His background includes restructuring a $200M manufacturing group and implementing new reporting standards across 15 subsidiaries.
            Lê Hoàng Vũ
Vũ bridges the gap between international finance standards and Vietnamese market realities. After working with PwC's Vietnam office for 8 years, he now advises foreign companies entering Vietnamese markets. He's particularly skilled at teaching analysts how to build financial models that account for regulatory changes and currency fluctuations specific to Southeast Asia.
How We Actually Teach Finance
Most finance programs follow the same tired formula: lecture, case study, test. We do something different.
Our approach starts with real problems. Not textbook scenarios, but actual situations our corporate partners are facing right now. Students work through these challenges using the same tools and constraints they'll encounter in their careers.
We focus heavily on the communication side of finance work. The best analysis means nothing if you can't explain it clearly to non-finance executives or adapt your recommendations based on company culture and market conditions.
- Case studies from current Vietnamese market situations
 - Practice with real financial data from partner companies
 - Communication workshops for presenting to Vietnamese executives
 - Regulatory compliance scenarios specific to Vietnam market

          Why Vietnam Context Matters
Financial analysis here involves unique considerations — from understanding family business dynamics to navigating rapid regulatory changes. We teach students how to factor these elements into their recommendations and build credibility with local stakeholders who may have different expectations than Western executives.
Beyond the Spreadsheets
Technical skills get you in the door, but career advancement depends on strategic thinking and relationship building. Our programs include modules on stakeholder management, cross-cultural communication, and presenting financial information to audiences with varying levels of financial literacy. These soft skills often determine long-term success more than modeling expertise alone.

Our next comprehensive program begins in September 2025. We limit enrollment to maintain quality and ensure personalized attention for each participant.
