Registration and Account Security

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in disruptive behavior, or fail to meet program requirements. Upon termination, your access to course materials will be revoked, though completed certifications remain valid.

Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Program fees are due upon enrollment unless alternative payment arrangements have been made. We offer various payment methods to accommodate international students and working professionals.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are available within 14 days of course commencement, provided less than 25% of course materials have been accessed. Administrative fees may apply. Refunds for corporate group enrollments are subject to separate terms outlined in enterprise agreements.

Limitation of Liability

Streamwise Driftup provides educational services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program in question. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are claimed.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration under Vietnamese law. We encourage users to first contact our support team to resolve issues amicably before pursuing formal proceedings.

For international students, we will make reasonable accommodations for remote dispute resolution procedures to minimize travel requirements.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or other unforeseeable events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to continue providing services through alternative means.

Modifications to Services

We continuously improve our educational programs based on industry developments and student feedback. We reserve the right to modify course content, update materials, and adjust program structures to maintain educational quality and relevance.

Significant changes to enrolled programs will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Students affected by major modifications may be eligible for alternative arrangements or partial refunds.
